About 4myschools – why we do what we do
Everyone agrees that education is fundamental to children’s success.

Teachers and schools have a really tough time with growing expectations. Including limited resources, changing political direction and only 39 weeks in an academic year to make a difference.
Tough probably isn’t the correct word.
4myschools empathise with schools and teachers and have been doing our bit to help since 2008.
We deliver an excellent supply teacher and recruitment service and supplement this by investing profit into teaching and learning.
We do this through offering CPD, fair pay and fair charges for supply teachers and recruitment services for primary, middle, secondary, independent, special education schools.
Since 2008, we’ve been dedicated to helping schools and teachers by delivering an exceptional supply teacher and recruitment service. In Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Norfolk, Northamptonshire, Suffolk, and Lincolnshire.
4myschools works with schools and candidates to find the best temporary supply staff available to suit your children.
We strive to make it easier for schools to access good quality supply teachers, who are highly motivated and well paid.
By supporting schools and supply teachers and teaching assistants in this way, we are helping to improve the education of the children in schools that use us.
About us – Financial Resources
We believe that the majority of a school’s financial resources should be spent on improving the education of its children.
Expenditure on staff recruitment and supply teachers should be minimised. However, both recruitment and temporary supply teachers or teaching support staff are essential aspects for many good schools.
4myschools often charge schools less money for our service than our competitors. We pay supply teachers well, often the best rates in the market too.
Obviously, there are always going to be providers who seek to compete on price alone rather than offering a fair price for a good supply staff.
We are delighted to have succeeded in bringing down the cost of supply cover in all the areas in which we operate.
