The HFL Supply Framework stems from a comprehensive tender process initiated in October 2023. Building upon four successful years of existing partnerships, our new and improved supply framework has been expanded to include seven carefully selected partner agencies.
The framework is focused on providing high-quality staffing solutions to address the evolving needs of primary and secondary schools, academies, trusts, special schools, nurseries, preschools, pupil referral units, and other educational establishments. Our stringent criteria prioritise high quality placements, robust management and quality control processes as well as value for money, with an emphasis on transparency for the end user.
