Senior Billing Recruitment Manager

4myschools are looking to appoint successful billing recruitment managers, team leaders, who are ready to take their next career step.

Are you a highly successful senior recruitment consultant/manager ready for leadership responsibilities, and drive to build a professional recruitment career with unlimited progression potential in the education sector?

To apply, you’ll ideally have strong management experience with a consistent highly successful billing history in education recruitment.

As a billing recruitment manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting existing recruitment consultants and building a wider team to expand 4myschools services in current and new areas.

To work with 4myschools staff to grow customer accounts, develop customer relationships and secure sustainable new revenue from new schools.

To grow and maximize 4myschools revenue through business acumen deepening client relationships and by the development of the recruitment consultants, compliance team and others in the business.

Lead by Example 

Lead by example: developing sales with specific schools and candidates in specific areas taking full accountability for those customers.

Primarily deepening relationships with schools and teachers through consistent delivery of exceptionally good service and to ensure all clients continue to use 4myschools services rather than drift off to competitors.

Obtain suitable new clients via referrals from customers and foster business relationships to increase revenue from new customers.

It is essential that you possess innate skills to motivate, inspire and develop successful balanced teams, whilst billing too.  Team players who work and play hard, are clearly motivational, with the patience to nurture those less experienced to achieve their goals too.

You enjoy billing, leading, and managing people, with proven skills as a team leader, who is relied on, as the “go-to” person for answers and suggestions.

  • You’ll have detailed knowledge of the education sector and safeguarding obligations incumbent within the sector, to take on this important career enhancing role.

Recruitment Compliance Office Manager – Chelmsford Essex 

Salary £33,000 to £45,000

We are looking for an experienced Compliance Office Manager to lead the compliance team to the next level of productivity. 

If you are looking to progress your career in a fast-growing education recruitment business with the ability to expand the compliance team and your job role, this could be for you.  

Compliance Manager Expectations: 

You must be self-motivated, driven, organised, with excellent communication skills and want to lead a busy recruitment compliance, vetting team. 

  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience within a compliance management role 
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal 
  • Drive and determination to achieve KPl’s  
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • The ability to be a customer service and brand ambassador to represent our highly regarded reputation 
  • Strong relationship building skills 
  • Great at process improvements
  • Excellent numeracy

You’ll have experience of leading and managing teams and will like working in partnership with recruitment consultants and be accountable for: 

  • All candidate progression through the compliance vetting process via the online candidate self-registration platform 
  • Active management and progression of candidate registration processes ensuring referencing, document gathering, DBS checks, CV’s, etc are completed accurately and swiftly 
  • Ensuring all existing workers remain compliant 
  • Ensuring client & candidate relationships, including compliance and debt collection, are managed professionally. 
  • Ensuring all aspects of candidate management including payroll, pension auto enrolment and general enquires are dealt to support the ongoing satisfaction of our candidates. 
  • Identification and implementation of compliance process improvements

4myschools have held the prestigious REC Audited in Education standard since 2009, the Compliance Manager will work closely with the Business Development Manager, the Head of Operations and CEO to ensure that we remain up-to-date with all legislative changes and be responsible for ensuring these are implemented and communicated throughout the business. 

  • Leading the compliance team with clear KPI’s and targets ensuring that a consistent candidate talent pool is available to the business. 
  • Regular reviews of candidate progress with Recruitment Consultants. 
  • Reporting to senior management on KPI’s and targets, legal updates and opportunities for process development. 
  • Confidence in dealing with candidates and clients on a daily basis

Recruitment Compliance Officer 

Salary £25,00 to £33,000

We are looking for an experienced Compliance Officer to join our compliance team.

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience within a compliance officer role 
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal

  • The ability to be a customer service and brand ambassador to represent our highly regarded reputation 
  • Strong relationship building skills 
  • Great at process improvements 
  • Like numbers and reporting 

Together with our existing compliance team you will work with recruitment consultants and be accountable for 

  • Initiation of candidates via the online self-registration compliance platform for newly registered candidates. 
  • Active management and progression of candidate registration processes ensuring referencing, document gathering, DBS checks, CV’s, etc are completed accurately and swiftly 
  • Ensuring all existing workers remain compliant 
  • Ensuring client & candidate relationships, including compliance and debt collection, are managed professionally. 
  • Identification of compliance process improvements   
  • The Compliance officer will be awarded a starting salary to reflect experience 

This role is open to experienced recruitment compliance officers or those with a strong administration background with a starting salary to reflect experience

Senior Recruitment Consultant Vacancies

If you’re looking to progress your career with an expanding recruitment business then 4myschools might be for you.

We work with experienced recruiters who have successfully run their own desk and potentially managed other consultants who are looking to develop a career.

Must be tenacious and engaging, with a calm personality, and excellent communication

Roles:

  • Establishing and developing relationships with colleagues, supply teachers, teaching assistants and schools;
  • Filling daily temporary supply roles, long term placements and permanent vacancies;
  • Identifying, recruiting candidates and clients;
  • Liaising with customers;
  • Achieving daily and weekly activity to generate income.

Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years recruitment experience;
  • Strong business acumen;
  • Commitment to quality;
  • Excellent organisational skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Good working knowledge of MSWord, MSExcel, Sharepoint, etc;
  • Aptitude for consistency and accuracy;
  • Excellent customer service ethos, always providing more than expected;
  • Demonstrable capability to manage multiple activities;
  • Work well under pressure;
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently;
