Essex County is the third-largest in England in terms of schools with 600+ schools consisting of:

The county covers a significant area bordered by London to the south with the coast to the east.

Essex County consists of the 12 district areas (Uttlesford, Braintree, Colchester, Tendring, Harlow, Epping Forest, Chelmsford, Moldon, Brentwood, Basildon, Rochford and Castle Point).
