Candidate profile

The ideal candidate should be motivated  and capable working with pupils in a Primary School setting.

The successful applicant will be someone who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.

The successful candidate will be patient, caring, and passionate about supporting children’s development both academically and socially. Previous experience working with children is desirable, and a proactive approach to assisting pupils with varying needs is essential. The role is subject to a satisfactory enhanced DBS check on the Child Workforce and the receipt of satisfactory references prior to appointment.
