The REC accreditation scheme provides successful recruiters with an accreditation that is recognised by teaching unions, local authorities and schools. Therefore enabling both schools and temporary teachers to feel confident about the quality of the agencies they deal with.

REC Education

The REC Audited in Education award gives head teachers peace of mind that they are working with an accredited supplier. By earning the right to display the REC Audited Education logo, 4myschools can assure schools, parents and pupils that the staff they supply are recruited properly and have on-going support.

Many schools work through procurement frameworks. REC Audited in Education is one of the awards a recruitment company must hold to work in their school or trust.
