Tanya is a dedicated class teacher with nearly 30 years’ experience of teaching across both Key Stages. Having worked in London, Colchester and currently White Court near Braintree, she has experienced a variety of teaching experiences. Tanya enforces excellent classroom management and has high expectations of the children she teaches. As a committed and experienced teaching professional, she loves working with children, providing them with a positive and creative learning environment. Tanya works exceptionally well in a team and has always had excellent relationships with children, parents and all staff. Throughout her career, she has always been adaptable to change and open to new ideas. This has enabled her to keep teaching and learning innovative, whilst responding to the needs of the children.
