Throughout her career she has led teams in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) settings, as well as serving as curriculum lead for PSHE and Religious Education (RE). These leadership roles have honed her ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, share best practices, and ensure the curriculum is delivered with clarity and enthusiasm.
