Specialism: Primary ECT KS2/Sports Ben is a recently qualified and enthusiastic K2 teacher trained through the Norfolk Teacher Training Centre, where he received high-quality professional development across key areas including SEN, inclusion, and the national curriculum. Ben's training year provided a rich and varied experience in both Key stages 1 and 2, planning and delivering engaging lessons, supporting diverse learning needs, and establishing and maintaining a positive, well-managed classroom. It has allowed him to consider and refine his classroom values, which are rooted in mutual respect, inclusivity and high expectations. These help Ben ensure every pupil can thrive academically and personally. He considers himself to be a very honest, hard-working and reliable professional who is approachable to pupils, staff and parents. He believes that the relationship between the school and parents is key to ensuring that every pupil can receive the best learning experience they deserve.
