We are a leading education recruitment agency seeking reliable and adaptable Secondary Supply Teachers to work across a range of secondary schools. This role is ideal for teachers who thrive in varied classroom environments and are confident stepping into short- and long-term assignments. You will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons, maintaining a positive and productive learning environment, and ensuring continuity of education in the absence of permanent staff. Strong behaviour management is essential, as you will be expected to quickly establish authority, follow school behaviour policies, and keep students engaged and on task.

• Contract Duration: Ongoing
• Contract Type: Supply – Hours: 8:30am to 3:30pm
• Age groups: Secondary School

Who we are looking for

The ideal candidate should be proactive  and confident working with pupils in a Secondary School setting.

We are looking for a candidate who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified secondary teacher (QTS or equivalent) with proven experience managing behaviour effectively in secondary school settings. You will be confident, resilient, and adaptable, with the ability to build rapport quickly with both students and staff. A proactive approach, clear communication skills, and a calm, consistent presence in the classroom are key. Whether you are an experienced teacher or an ECT looking to build experience, you will be professional, organised, and committed to maintaining high standards of behaviour and learning at all times.
