We work closely with a wide network of local primary and secondary schools , many of which have strong mentoring cultures and a proven track record of successfully supporting Early Career Teachers (ECTs) through induction. If you are a trainee teacher approaching the end of your Initial Teacher Training (ITT) year, or an ECT looking to secure your first or next teaching role, we are here to support you every step of the way – from training into long-term or permanent teaching positions .

The ideal candidate
From May onwards, when lectures and school placements typically finish, 4myschools can offer paid daily supply teaching through to the end of the academic year. This gives you the opportunity to: • Continue gaining valuable classroom experience • Build confidence across different school settings • Network with schools ahead of securing a permanent teaching role • Earn while staying active in the classroom • During this period, we actively help you connect with schools, giving you exposure to environments where long-term or permanent teaching opportunities may arise..
