About the ideal candidate

The ideal candidate should be motivated  and capable working with pupils in a Primary School setting.

The successful applicant will be someone who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and committed Early Careers Teacher who is passionate about supporting pupils to achieve their full potential within Key Stage 2. You will be eager to develop your teaching practice, make the most of mentoring opportunities, and embrace professional development throughout your ECT induction. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues will be essential. The school is looking for someone who can create an engaging and inclusive learning environment, demonstrate a positive attitude towards teamwork, and show a strong commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing.
