This is a fantastic opportunity for an HLTA who thrives in a nurturing, child‑centred environment and is confident leading provision within a dedicated SEN hub. The successful candidate will take a lead role within the SEN hub, supporting small groups of 5–6 pupils at a time, each with a range of additional needs. You will be responsible for planning and delivering tailored interventions, adapting learning to meet individual EHCP targets and working collaboratively with three experienced LSAs within the provision. The role involves maintaining a calm, structured and inclusive learning space, liaising with teaching staff and the SENCo, and ensuring pupils are supported academically, socially and emotionally. The school prides itself on strong values, positive relationships and a supportive staff culture, with a clear focus on inclusion, wellbeing and enabling every child to achieve their potential.
