This primary school in Colchester is seeking a dedicated KS1 Supply Teacher to support pupils in a welcoming and engaging learning environment. Candidate profile

The ideal candidate should be proactive  and capable working with pupils in a Primary School setting.

The successful applicant will be someone who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.

This role would suit a KS1 teacher who enjoys working with younger children and can quickly create a calm, engaging classroom atmosphere. You will be confident following planned activities while responding sensitively to pupils’ individual needs. A flexible and patient approach is important, as daily supply can involve different classes and routines. Teachers who build rapport easily and encourage curiosity and participation will be well suited to this role.
