Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant seeking a part-time or full-time long-term role in a supportive and inclusive Sudbury-based primary school? This is an excellent opportunity to join a school that values teamwork, creativity, and a child-centred approach, where every pupil is encouraged to achieve their full potential. In this role, you will provide essential support to KS2 pupils, working across whole-class settings, small group interventions, and one-to-one support. You will assist children with learning difficulties and SEND needs, as well as deliver targeted interventions and SATS booster sessions to help pupils succeed academically. The Ideal Candidate
To be considered, you must have a minimum of GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4/C or above, strong communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate flexibility, proactivity, and a professional, positive attitude, along with proven experience supporting KS2 learners. Confidence in leading interventions and supporting SATS preparation is highly desirable..
