New vacancy! Nursery Teachers Needed for Flexible Supply Work Across Norwich – Norwich

Are you a passionate and nurturing Nursery Teacher looking for flexible work that fits around your lifestyle? We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Nursery Teachers to provide day-to-day supply cover and short-term block bookings in a range of nurseries across Norwich and the surrounding areas. Whether you are seeking a better work-life balance, looking to gain experience in different early years settings, returning to teaching, or simply wanting the flexibility to choose when and where you work, supply teaching can offer an excellent opportunity to do just that. We work closely with a wide variety of nurseries that regularly require high-quality Nursery Teachers to cover staff absences, training days, sickness, and planned leave. Assignments can range from single-day bookings to short-term placements lasting several weeks, giving you the flexibility to accept work that suits your schedule and preferences. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with different nursery teams, develop your professional experience, and build relationships with a variety of settings throughout Norwich. Many of our supply teachers find that short-term placements lead to longer-term opportunities, permanent positions, or regular work within their preferred nurseries. It is also an excellent way to expand your professional network within the early years sector and gain valuable insight into different teaching environments and approaches. Successful candidates will have a genuine passion for supporting young children’s development and creating engaging, inclusive learning environments where children can thrive. You will be confident managing nursery-aged children, promoting learning through play, and working collaboratively with nursery staff, parents, and carers. We welcome applications from experienced Nursery Teachers as well as newly qualified practitioners who are eager to broaden their experience within a range of early years settings. In return, we offer competitive daily rates, flexible working opportunities, ongoing support from a dedicated consultant, and access to a large network of well-established nurseries across the region. If you are a committed and enthusiastic Nursery Teacher looking for rewarding and flexible work in Norwich, we would love to hear from you. Join our supply team today and discover how short-term and day-to-day placements can open the door to exciting long-term career opportunities while allowing you to make a real difference in the lives of young children.
