About the Role As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons, maintain positive classroom environments, and ensure continuity of learning during teacher absences. You will have the flexibility to choose assignments that suit your availability while making a positive impact on pupils’ education. Key responsibilities include: Delivering pre-planned lessons across a variety of primary year groups. Managing classroom behaviour effectively. Creating a positive and engaging learning environment. Following school policies and safeguarding procedures. Providing feedback to school staff on pupil progress and engagement. Building positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents where required.

Candidate profile

The ideal candidate should be proactive  and comfortable working with pupils in a Primary School setting.

We are looking for a candidate who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.

Ideal Candidate We are looking for teachers who: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Have recent experience teaching within UK primary schools. Are confident teaching across different primary age groups. Demonstrate strong classroom management skills. Are adaptable, professional and reliable.
