Are you a passionate and adaptable teacher with experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN)? 4myschools are working with an SEN school in Attleborough seeking dedicated supply teachers to join our team on a flexible basis. We support pupils with a range of complex needs, including ASD, SEMH, and communication difficulties. We’re seeking confident, compassionate professionals who can create a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment — and step in with confidence when needed.
- Contract Duration: Flexible: daily and long-term supply opportunities
- Contract Type: Supply 8.30am-3.30pm

The ideal candidate
Has a strong understanding of a range of SEN, such as ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs, SEMH, and learning difficulties.Demonstrates a student-centred approach, with the ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual needs and learning styles. Is confident in implementing and managing EHCPs, differentiation strategies, and behaviour management plans. Shows patience, empathy, and resilience, with a calm and positive attitude under pressure. Is flexible and able to integrate quickly into new school environments, building rapport with students and staff alike..
