This is a Primary School job.
This role supports KS2 children across multiple classes, providing one-to-one or small group interventions for pupils with additional needs. Children may have EHCPs or be awaiting assessment, requiring the TA to adapt strategies to suit individual requirements. You will collaborate closely with teachers and support staff to ensure consistent provision.
