Following on from the successes we have achieved this year, 4myschools is excited to be expanding our dedicated team of Learning Support Assistants in Wellingborough. We are seeking a committed and compassionate individual to take on a full-time position, providing essential support to a child KS1. This role offers the opportunity to make a genuine difference to a young learner’s education and wellbeing. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENDCo to ensure the child receives the tailored guidance and encouragement they need to thrive both academically and socially. Building a trusting relationship will be key, as will adapting your approach to meet the pupil’s individual learning style and needs.

We are looking for someone with strong teaching expertise, excellent behaviour management, and the creativity to make lessons engaging and accessible for learners of all abilities. The ideal candidate will combine subject knowledge with emotional intelligence, a genuine passion for learning, and a commitment to supporting every student’s personal growth and academic success..
