The ideal candidate

The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic  and capable working with pupils in a Primary School setting.

The successful applicant will be someone who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Classroom Assistant or within a similar educational setting. Applications are also welcomed from individuals with relevant curriculum knowledge, childcare experience, youth work backgrounds or those who have supported children with SEND, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties or social, emotional and mental health needs. A minimum qualification of GCSE Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths is essential. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a patient and caring approach, strong organisational abilities and a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development. The successful applicant must be available to work Monday to Friday during term time and have access to reliable transport to ensure consistent attendance.
