Are you passionate about making a real difference in children’s lives? We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant with expertise in supporting pupils with Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN) and/or hearing impairments. You will work closely with pupils to provide tailored support that promotes their ongoing development and access to learning. Your role will involve implementing a range of strategies to enhance communication, language acquisition, and social interaction, ensuring every child feels included and empowered. We are looking for an LSA with experience supporting children with SLCN and/or hearing impairment, knowledge of evidence-based strategies and interventions to aid language and communication development and th ability to adapt resources and approaches to meet individual needs. You will need strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with teachers, therapists, and families.

The ideal candidate
Minimum of Grade 4 (C) or above in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent). A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required..
