Demonstrating High Standards in Teacher Recruitment

What winning means to 4myschools Teacher Recruitment

Simone Payne CEO of 4myschools, said:

The whole team are thrilled to have won ‘Demonstrating High Standards in Recruitment Award’. All our team have worked tirelessly to support our schools, teachers, support staff and importantly help keep schools open.

As the only recruitment sector awards hosted and awarded by the REC, winning one of their awards is the most impressive recognition you can achieve in our industry. Being shortlisted was an achievement in itself, so winning is a huge honour. I am extremely proud of our team and their success.

Demonstrating High Standards runs through the core of our daily activity communicated with our schools, Supply Teachers, Teaching Assistants and Support Staff we place in schools.

Our testimonials can say far better why I feel we won this award.

School and Supply Teacher Testimonials

Rachel supply teacher from Norfolk said:

“I love the fact that it is almost always the same person I deal with at 4myschools which makes my experience so positive. Paul knows my strengths and experience and consequently finds me great schools to work in where I receive repeat calls for further supply work. As an agency worker, it could feel quite isolating but having that familiar person to engage with really helps to feel part of a team, plus the Facebook page and regular update emails that keep me up to date with events/changes and training in education. After eight years with 4MySchools, I still feel they are a great agency to work for with great ethics and I always recommend them over other agencies (which I have also worked for) to schools and prospective supply teachers.
Thank you for looking after me!”

Jayne Gibbons Norwich Primary Academy said:

Without any doubt this is the best supply teacher agency I have used in many years. The response is immediate, and the standard of teachers is consistently outstanding. There is no other agency that comes close to this company. The team works hard together to support one another and in turn the customer gets the benefit.
The staff speak about the agency in glowing terms too.
Bravo!
