We’re currently seeking adaptable and confident Secondary Supply Teachers to work across a range of supportive schools in Northamptonshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for teachers who want flexibility while gaining experience in different school settings. As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you’ll cover both general lessons and subject-specific classes, supporting students up to Key Stage 4, and occasionally Key Stage 5. You’ll deliver pre-set work, manage behaviour effectively, and ensure lessons remain engaging and purposeful. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to connect with students are essential.
