We are seeking a dedicated EAL Teaching Assistant to support a KS3 student with English as an Additional Language. The successful candidate will provide in-class support across a range of subjects, helping the student to fully access the curriculum. You may also deliver targeted booster sessions to help develop English language skills in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension.

The ideal candidate
Previous experience supporting students with EAL or language barriers is preferred. Strong communication skills, combined with a patient and encouraging approach, are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in a student’s progress and confidence in English.
