The ideal candidate
To be considered for this flexible supply role, you should have previous experience in administration—experience within a school setting is beneficial but not essential. You’ll need strong communication and IT skills, a professional and approachable manner, and the ability to work collaboratively with school staff. As this role may involve working across different primary schools in Sudbury, adaptability and confidence in managing varied tasks are key, along with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality at all times.
