Brentwood secondary schools are recruiting Cover Supervisors, providing an excellent opportunity to gain classroom experience without needing QTS. You’ll supervise lessons, support learning, and develop behaviour management skills — perfect for graduates or those considering teaching.

The ideal candidate
You’ll be organised, confident, and enjoy working with teenagers. Previous experience with young people is helpful but not essential. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and an interest in education are key.
