4myschools is partnering with a forward‑thinking school in Braintree to appoint a permanent Head of Design & Technology. This is a key leadership role, responsible for shaping the strategic direction of the D&T department, driving high‑quality teaching, and inspiring students across all key stages.
The ideal candidate
The successful candidate will bring confidence in leading groups of students and a passion for driving excellence across the Design & Technology department. Those still developing their leadership experience will have opportunities to build this through supported shadowing, ensuring they are fully prepared to take ownership of lessons and departmental initiatives.
