This is an excellent opportunity for an Early Careers Teacher to begin or continue their teaching journey within a supportive school setting. As part of the role you will plan and deliver engaging lessons, attend staff meetings and parent’s evenings, take full responsibility for your classroom and work closely with your mentor throughout your induction.

The ideal candidate

The ideal candidate should be committed  and comfortable working with pupils in a Primary School setting.

We are looking for a candidate who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.

The successful candidate will be a motivated and reflective Early Careers Teacher who is eager to develop their practice and make a positive impact on pupils’ learning. You will be receptive to feedback and professional development opportunities, demonstrate a strong understanding of safeguarding and professional responsibilities, and be committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
