The Herts for Learning, Teach in Herts framework covers all job roles in schools across Hertfordshire.
4myschools have provided services to schools and supply teachers in Herts since 2009 and are pleased to be part of the HFL Supply Framework.
Introducing the HFL Supply Framework 2024-2028
4myschools selected as a partner agency to HFL Education Supply Framework
“HFL Education is a leading national provider of school improvement and business support services, training, and resources.
The HFL Supply Framework stems from a comprehensive tender process initiated in October 2023. Building upon four successful years of existing partnerships, our new and improved supply framework has been expanded to include seven carefully selected partner agencies.
The framework is focused on providing high-quality staffing solutions to address the evolving needs of primary and secondary schools, academies, trusts, special schools, nurseries, preschools, pupil referral units, and other educational establishments. Our stringent criteria prioritise high quality placements, robust management and quality control processes as well as value for money, with an emphasis on transparency for the end user.
Through 4 distinct Lots, the framework guarantees fixed, preferential rates for both teaching and support roles:
1 – emergency short-term supply staff for up to 12 weeks with no responsibility for planning.
2 – medium to longer-term cover, for 12 weeks plus or with responsibility for planning
3 – reliable permanent placements.
4 – executive search options.”
