The ideal candidate
The ideal candidate will be confident delivering a variety of art and design methods, including digital design and traditional creative approaches. You will be able to plan and deliver imaginative, engaging lessons that allow students to express themselves while developing strong technical skills. A passion for helping students explore their artistic identity is essential, along with the ability to create a supportive and stimulating environment where pupils feel motivated to take pride in their projects. The school welcomes applications from ECTs and experienced teachers who hold QTS and are committed to raising standards across the department.
