Secondary schools in Brentwood are looking for Cover Supervisors to support day-to-day and short-term classroom cover. You’ll supervise pre-planned lessons, maintain positive behaviour, and ensure students remain engaged. This role provides valuable classroom experience without the pressure of lesson planning or marking.

The ideal candidate
You’ll be confident working with young people and have experience in education, youth work, coaching, or care. A calm, approachable style, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a classroom effectively are essential.
