The ideal candidate
The ideal candidate will be confident teaching both English Literature and English Language to KS4 students and must hold QTS. The school is open to applications from ECTs as well as experienced English Teachers who are dedicated to raising attainment and encouraging students to achieve their very best. You will be someone who can deliver creative, stimulating and well‑structured lessons that promote strong literacy skills, build confidence and maintain high levels of engagement in the classroom. A passion for grammar, literature and effective communication is essential, along with the ability to support learners of all abilities in reaching their full potential.
