We are working with a specialist SEMH school near Romford to recruit Graduate Teaching Assistants who are looking to gain meaningful experience in education. This role offers hands-on exposure to both primary and secondary pupils in a supportive, trauma-informed setting and is ideal for graduates considering careers in teaching, psychology, or mental health support.

• Contract Type: Long Term – Chance to go Long Term, Full Time 08:15-3:15pm

This role suits graduates who are empathetic, reflective, and motivated to support young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs. You should be resilient, patient, and keen to develop your skills while making a real difference to pupils’ lives. Previous experience with children or young people is advantageous but not essential..
