The ideal candidate

The successful candidate will bring confidence in leading groups of students and a passion for driving excellence across the Design & Technology department. Those still developing their leadership experience will have opportunities to build this through supported shadowing, ensuring they are fully prepared to take ownership of lessons and departmental initiatives..
