The successful candidate will provide strong leadership, maintain high standards of teaching and learning, and ensure continuity for staff, pupils and parents whilst supporting the school’s ongoing development priorities. The school prides itself on creating a positive, nurturing and inclusive environment where every child is encouraged to achieve their full potential. With a dedicated team of teachers and support staff already in place, the school is seeking an experienced leader who can quickly establish effective relationships, provide strategic direction and continue driving excellent outcomes for all pupils. In return, the school offers the opportunity to lead a committed and enthusiastic team within a supportive and welcoming environment. You will have the chance to make a genuine difference to the educational experiences of pupils whilst helping shape the next stage of the school’s journey. The role is available from January 2027 and will initially continue until Easter 2027, although there may be potential for discussions regarding future opportunities depending on the needs of the school.
