We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic KS2 Class Teacher for a full-time position in the Great Baddow area, starting in January and continuing until the end of the academic year. The successful teacher will take on full classroom responsibilities, providing consistent, engaging teaching and supporting pupils to achieve their best within a warm and inclusive junior school environment where children are encouraged to be curious, confident and kind.

• Contract duration: Temporary (Long Term)
• Contract type: FULL_TIME – Hours: 08:30am -3:30pm
• Age groups: Key Stage 2

Candidate profile

The ideal candidate should be motivated  and confident working with pupils in a Primary School setting.

The successful applicant will be someone who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.

The ideal candidate will be a confident KS2 practitioner with strong behaviour management skills and the ability to establish clear expectations and positive relationships within the classroom. You will be comfortable taking full responsibility for your class, contributing positively to school life and creating a learning environment in which pupils feel safe, valued and ready to learn. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher looking for a full-time role for the remainder of the academic year within a community-focused junior school.
