We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Learning Support Assistant to work within an autism base in Aveley. You will provide support for children with additional needs, helping them engage with the curriculum and develop their skills in a nurturing environment. This is a long-term role with the potential for permanent employment.

The ideal candidate
You have experience supporting children with autism or SEND, excellent patience and communication skills, and a passion for helping pupils thrive. You are adaptable, collaborative, and committed to providing inclusive learning support tailored to individual needs.
