A lovely nursery within a mainstream primary school in Leigh-on-Sea is looking for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their friendly and supportive team. You’ll work with children in the early years setting, supporting their learning, development, and wellbeing. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help deliver activities, support play-based learning, and encourage curiosity and independence.

The ideal candidate
You’ll have a Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification and experience working in a nursery or early years setting. You’ll be warm, patient, and enthusiastic, with a genuine passion for supporting young children to thrive. Strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work as part of a team are essential.
