About the Role We are currently recruiting Level 3 qualified Nursery Nurses to work on a flexible supply basis across primary schools in the Tendring and Colchester areas. This is an excellent opportunity if you’re looking for: ✔️ Pre-booked work ✔️ Options from 1–5 days per week ✔️ Term-time only roles ✔️ A mix of daily supply and longer-term supply contracts ✔️ Experience working across Early Years and KS1 primary classrooms You’ll be supporting class teachers, delivering high-quality early years provision, and contributing to a warm, nurturing learning environment.

The ideal candidate

To be considered, you must have: 🎓 Level 3 qualification in Childhood Studies or an equivalent early years subject ✏️ Minimum Grade 4 (C) in GCSE Maths and English 🚗 Full UK driving licence and access to a car – essential due to work taking place across a small selection of local schools 💬 Strong communication and teamwork skills 🌈 A genuine passion for delivering high-quality early years provision 🧒 Experience supporting children in early years or primary classroom environments What We Offer Competitive daily supply rates Pre-booked assignments to support better planning Options for daily, part-time or full-time supply Opportunities for longer-term supply contracts Supportive, friendly consultant guidance Work across well-regarded primary schools in the local area.
