Current opening! Lower KS2 Teacher – Hadleigh
We are looking for an adaptable and enthusiastic Lower KS2 Supply Teacher to work within welcoming primary schools in the Hadleigh area. This role offers a mixture of daily supply assignments, with the possibility of securing a longer-term position for the right candidate. It is an excellent opportunity for teachers who enjoy variety while making a positive impact on pupils’ learning and development.About the Schools The schools are caring and inclusive primary settings that place a strong focus on helping pupils develop confidence, independence, and a love of learning. Staff work collaboratively to create engaging classroom environments where children feel supported and encouraged to achieve their best. As a supply teacher, you will play an important role in maintaining continuity of learning and supporting pupils throughout the school day.Responsibilities Deliver engaging lessons in line with the school’s curriculum plans. Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment. Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development. Adapt quickly to different school settings and routines. Manage classroom behaviour effectively and professionally. Provide clear feedback to school staff following cover assignments.

The ideal candidate
The ideal candidate should be motivated and comfortable working with pupils in a Primary School setting.
This role would suit someone who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.
The successful candidate will be a confident and flexible teacher who can build positive relationships with pupils and staff from the moment they arrive. They will be comfortable teaching across Lower KS2 and able to adapt their approach to meet the needs of different classes. A proactive attitude, strong classroom management skills, and a commitment to high-quality teaching are essential.
