Following on from the successes we have achieved this year, 4myschools is excited to be expanding our dedicated team of Learning Support Assistants in the Wellingborough area. We are seeking a committed and compassionate individual to take on a full-time position, providing essential support to a child in Key Stage 1. This role offers the opportunity to make a genuine difference to a young learner’s education and wellbeing. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENDCo to ensure the child receives the tailored guidance and encouragement they need to thrive both academically and socially. Building a trusting relationship will be key, as will adapting your approach to meet the pupil’s individual learning style and needs. As a valued member of the school, you will not only contribute to the child’s progress but also play an important part in creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment. This position is ideal for someone who is patient, empathetic, and passionate about helping children overcome challenges and reach their potential.
