4myschools are recruiting a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant for a friendly and supportive primary school in the Bishop’s Stortford area. This rewarding role involves providing dedicated support to a pupil, helping them access learning, develop confidence, and achieve their potential. You will work closely with teachers and support staff in a nurturing school environment that values every child’s progress and wellbeing.

• Contract duration: Temporary (Short Term)
• Contract type: FULL_TIME – Hours: 8.30-3.30
• Age groups: Primary School

The ideal candidate

The ideal candidate should be committed  and capable working with pupils in a Primary School setting.

We are looking for a candidate who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.

We are seeking a caring, patient, and enthusiastic individual with a passion for supporting children. The successful candidate will be able to build positive relationships, adapt to individual needs, and encourage pupil engagement both in and out of the classroom. Previous school-based experience is beneficial, and SEND experience is desirable but not essential. A positive attitude, reliability, and strong communication skills are key to success in this role. An enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references are required for this position.
