This role involves working across a variety of primary schools, supporting both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 classrooms on a day-to-day supply basis. Schools typically provide a welcoming and inclusive environment where staff work collaboratively to maintain positive learning experiences for pupils. As a supply teacher, you will play an important part in ensuring continuity of learning by delivering lessons and maintaining established classroom routines. About the ideal candidate

The ideal candidate should be proactive  and comfortable working with pupils in a Primary School setting.

We are looking for a candidate who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.

The successful candidate will be confident leading pre-planned lessons and creating a calm, engaging learning environment for pupils. They will be able to adapt their teaching approach to different year groups and school settings while maintaining high expectations of behaviour and learning. Strong communication skills and a flexible, proactive attitude will help them settle quickly into new classrooms. They should enjoy supporting children’s progress and contributing positively to the wider school day.
