We are seeking a warm, organised, and dependable School Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our school. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, supporting staff, and keeping a busy front office running smoothly.
The ideal candidate
In this role, you will greet students, parents and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, answer phone calls, emails and general enquiries, manage student sign‑ins and sign‑outs, and assist with scheduling, correspondence and day‑to‑day administration. We’re looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organisational and multitasking abilities, proficiency with basic computer systems and office software, and the ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment; previous experience in a school or office setting would be beneficial.
