We are recruiting passionate and resilient SEMH Teaching Assistants to support pupils in specialist SEN schools across Corby. This is a rewarding role where you will help pupils develop emotional regulation, build confidence, and re-engage positively with learning.

The ideal candidate
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting pupils with SEMH needs or challenging behaviour, whether gained in a school, care, youth work, or similar setting. They will be resilient, patient and empathetic, with strong behaviour‑management and de‑escalation skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure while thinking creatively. Team Teach or similar training is beneficial, although training can be provided, and above all, candidates should be genuinely passionate about helping young people thrive..
