A number of SEN schools in Northampton are looking for dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join their teams on a long-term basis. These roles span both primary and secondary settings, supporting pupils with a range of complex needs.

The ideal candidate
We are looking for individuals who are resilient, empathetic, and enthusiastic about making a difference in the lives of young people. Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial, but not essential—what matters most is a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
