We are working with a range of SEN schools in the Rushden area seeking enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to work on a supply basis.
The ideal candidate
This role involves providing tailored support to pupils with additional needs, ensuring they feel included and engaged in their learning. Previous experience in SEN is desirable, but a strong desire to learn and excellent communication skills are just as important. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a variety of school settings
