Are you a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher looking for flexible work in a variety of supportive school environments? We are seeking dedicated Supply SEN Teachers to join our team, providing high-quality teaching and support to pupils with special educational needs across mainstream and specialist settings. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference while enjoying the flexibility of supply work.
- Contract Duration: Flexible: daily and long-term supply opportunities
- Contract Type: Supply – Hours: 8.30am-3.30pm
- Age groups: Primary School
Who we are looking for
The ideal candidate should be proactive and confident working with pupils in a Primary School setting.
The successful applicant will be someone who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.
Has a strong understanding of a range of SEN, such as ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs, SEMH, and learning difficulties.Demonstrates a student-centred approach, with the ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual needs and learning styles. Is confident in implementing and managing EHCPs, differentiation strategies, and behaviour management plans. Shows patience, empathy, and resilience, with a calm and positive attitude under pressure. Is flexible and able to integrate quickly into new school environments, building rapport with students and staff alike.
