We are recruiting SEND Teaching Assistants on behalf of a specialist SEMH school in the Havering area. The school delivers a broad and balanced curriculum alongside bespoke emotional and mental health support, using a trauma-informed approach woven throughout the school day. The ideal candidate
You will ideally have experience supporting pupils with additional needs, SEMH, or behavioural challenges, either in a school or care-based setting. The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will be adaptable, nurturing, and confident supporting pupils on a 1:1 or small-group basis, with a strong commitment to safeguarding and inclusion..
